Fall Killdeer...
As dry as the Drying Beds have become, it's become a fairly lousy photography location... I did go out there today and managed to get this one decent shot of a killdeer... however, the ground on which he stands is the dried up pond bed... earlier in the spring, if he was in this same location, he'd either be underwater, or floating ;-) Enjoy!

Scarlet Ibis
Another good shot from the Fort Worth Zoo today... This is called a Scarlet Ibis. Please note that I did NOT enhance any colors on this bird... if I had, he would just burst into flames ;-) That is exactly what he looked like in real life, so I left the color as-is. Enjoy!
